Do you judge a book by its cover?

Every book deserves a beautiful cover.
It's more than packaging on a product. A cover gives you a glimpse inside, through the use of story elements. People, places, key items used by the characters...
For non-fiction, the book may feature the author's photo as an introduction. Or it may have symbols such as money, business tools, items from industry, or nature, depending on the subject.
Each design is unique. Like a travel brochure enticing you to take a journey inside...
So do you judge a book by its cover?
Today I'm featuring a cover showing springtime in the Texas Hill Country, on the mystery anthology A Death in Texas by The Final Twist mystery authors. I enjoyed taking photos of bluebonnets, and later used one of my pictures as a full spread on this book.
